How EAS serves organizations

Two core capabilities. Three established pathways.

EAS provides professional documentation services and develops systems around documentation. Choose a service, a system, or an integrated approach based on your operational needs.

01 / Documentation Services

We document your properties, projects, and assets.

Field capture, structured condition records, progress documentation, and defined evidence deliverables performed by EAS under an authorized scope.

02 / Documentation Systems

We build systems that organize and manage documentation.

Purpose-built capture, inspection-record, asset-history, workflow, and retrieval solutions. Availability and implementation are determined by each system's readiness and agreed scope.

Property Documentation and Project & Asset Documentation are service pathways. Systems & Digital Products is the technology pathway. Shared records and governance infrastructure support the work.

More than 10 years of nondestructive testing (NDT) and industrial inspection experience inform how conditions are observed, recorded, organized, and delivered for professional review. That background is professional experience. It is not presented as an ASNT certification, a CWI credential, or a professional engineering license.

FAA Part 107 authorization supports commercial aerial documentation when airspace, weather, and site conditions allow. Documentation does not replace licensed engineering, inspection, surveying, or legal authority unless a signed scope says otherwise.

Need documentation and a system together?

Tell us whether you need a documentation service, a system for managing records, or an integrated approach. EAS will review the request and determine the appropriate scope.
